Instructions

  1. Heat the flat-top griddle over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and chopped onions to the griddle. Cook until browned and onions are transparent, about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Once the meat is cooked, add American cheese slices on top and allow to melt for a minute.
