Chili's Reese's Peanut Butter Pie
A delicious pie featuring a crumbly chocolate crust filled with peanut butter-flavored goodness, topped with chocolate ganache and Reese’s peanut butter cups.
Ingredients
- chocolate crust (1 piece)
- peanut butter (1 cup)
- chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
- ganache (1 cup)
- Reese's peanut butter cups (4 pieces)
- white chocolate (0.25 cup)
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate crust in a pie dish according to package instructions (if using store-bought) or make your own.
- In a mixing bowl, place the peanut butter and chocolate chips, and mix until well combined.
- Fill the prepared chocolate crust with the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
- Prepare chocolate ganache and pour it over the filling, smoothing it out.
- Cut Reese's peanut butter cups into halves and place them on top of the ganache as decoration.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for additional decoration.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
