Chili's Reese's Peanut Butter Pie

A delicious pie featuring a crumbly chocolate crust filled with peanut butter-flavored goodness, topped with chocolate ganache and Reese’s peanut butter cups.

Ingredients

  • chocolate crust (1 piece)
  • peanut butter (1 cup)
  • chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
  • ganache (1 cup)
  • Reese's peanut butter cups (4 pieces)
  • white chocolate (0.25 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate crust in a pie dish according to package instructions (if using store-bought) or make your own.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the peanut butter and chocolate chips, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fill the prepared chocolate crust with the peanut butter mixture and spread evenly.
  4. Prepare chocolate ganache and pour it over the filling, smoothing it out.
  5. Cut Reese's peanut butter cups into halves and place them on top of the ganache as decoration.
  6. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for additional decoration.
  7. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
