Chicken Tortilla Soup with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- condensed nacho cheese soup (1 packet)
- frozen chicken tenders (1 pound)
- corn (1 packet)
- diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (1 packet)
- black soy beans (1 packet)
- frozen bell pepper and onion mix (1 cup)
- cream cheese (1 packet)
- adobo seasoning (0.25 teaspoon)
- corn chips (1 cup)
- chopped fresh cilantro (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Layer condensed soup, frozen chicken tenders, corn, diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, soy beans, and frozen vegetables in a slow cooker. Cover slow cooker; cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
- Remove chicken tenders; shred. Return chicken to the slow cooker; stir in cream cheese and adobo seasoning.
- Ladle into bowls and top with corn chips and cilantro.
