Chicken Stew with Dumplings

Instructions

  1. Using a rotisserie chicken, pull the meat off the bones and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and any juices accumulated from the chicken.
  3. Add water or chicken broth until the mixture is covered and bring to a simmer.
  4. Once simmering, spoon dollops of biscuit dough onto the surface of the stew.
