Chicken Stew with Dumplings
Ingredients

- mixed vegetables (1 bag)
- biscuit dough (1 container)
Instructions
- Using a rotisserie chicken, pull the meat off the bones and shred it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, and any juices accumulated from the chicken.
- Add water or chicken broth until the mixture is covered and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering, spoon dollops of biscuit dough onto the surface of the stew.
- Cover the pot with a lid and let cook on medium-low heat until the dough has risen and is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
