Chicken Pastina

Ingredients
- chicken (1 kg)
- pastina (100 grams)
- carrots (2 )
- celery (2 )
- onion (1 )
- garlic (2 cloves)
- chicken broth (4 cups)
- olive oil (2 tbsp)
- salt (1 tsp)
- pepper (0.5 tsp)
- parmesan cheese (50 grams)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add diced carrots, celery, onion, and garlic; sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in pastina and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated parmesan cheese.
