Ingredients

  • cream cheese (226 grams)
  • white sugar (100 grams)
  • unsalted butter (28 grams)
  • vanilla extract (2 teaspoons)
  • flaked coconut (50 grams)
  • maraschino cherries (8 )
  • graham cracker crumbs (60 grams)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, butter, and vanilla together in a bowl using an electric mixer. Beat in coconut and cherries.
  2. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into graham cracker crumbs and form into balls; roll again and place on wax paper-lined baking sheets.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
