Cheesy Potato Salad

A creamy and cheesy potato salad that is perfect for picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • red potatoes (1134 grams)
  • sour cream (240 milliliters)
  • shredded Cheddar cheese (120 grams)
  • green onions (25 grams)
  • mayonnaise (120 milliliters)
  • white sugar (50 grams)
  • real bacon bits (15 grams)

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook until easily pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain; set aside to cool.
  2. Combine sour cream, 60g Cheddar cheese, 12.5g green onions, mayonnaise, and sugar in a large bowl. Gently stir in cooled potatoes. Top salad with remaining Cheddar cheese, remaining green onions, and bacon bits.
