Cheesy Potato Salad
Ingredients
- red potatoes (1134 grams)
- sour cream (240 milliliters)
- shredded Cheddar cheese (120 grams)
- green onions (25 grams)
- mayonnaise (120 milliliters)
- white sugar (50 grams)
- real bacon bits (15 grams)
Instructions
- Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil and cook until easily pierced with a fork, about 10 minutes. Drain; set aside to cool.
- Combine sour cream, 60g Cheddar cheese, 12.5g green onions, mayonnaise, and sugar in a large bowl. Gently stir in cooled potatoes. Top salad with remaining Cheddar cheese, remaining green onions, and bacon bits.
