Cheesy Baked Salmon
A delightful oven-baked salmon topped with Cheddar cheese and green onions.
Ingredients
- salmon fillets (0.907 kilograms)
- garlic (2 cloves)
- dried dill weed (1 teaspoon)
- salt (0 )
- ground black pepper (0 )
- shredded Cheddar cheese (0.24 kilograms)
- green onions (6 )
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Place salmon on a large piece of foil and season with garlic, dill, salt, and pepper. Seal foil around salmon. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Top with Cheddar cheese and green onions, and continue baking for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and fish is easily flaked with a fork.
