Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Deliciously warm and cheesy biscuits, reminiscent of Red Lobster's famous dish.
Ingredients
- all-purpose flour (2.25 cup)
- baking powder (1 tbsp)
- garlic powder (0.5 tsp)
- salt (0.5 tsp)
- shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)
- milk (3 tbsp)
- butter (0.5 cup)
- parsley (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Add the milk and melted butter and stir until just combined – do not overmix.
- Use a scoop or spoon to drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter mixed with chopped parsley.
