Chai Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients

  • white sugar (1.75 cups)
  • unsalted butter (1 cup)
  • eggs (2 )
  • chai concentrate (2 tablespoons)
  • all-purpose flour (2.75 cups)
  • baking soda (1 teaspoon)
  • salt (0.25 teaspoon)
  • white sugar (3 tablespoons)
  • ground cinnamon (4 teaspoons)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat 1 3/4 cups sugar, butter, eggs, and chai concentrate together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together in another bowl; stir into butter mixture until dough is combined.
  3. Whisk 3 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  4. Form dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in cinnamon sugar to coat; place 2-inches apart on baking sheets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
