Burger King Pickle Fries

Ingredients

  • pickle slices (1 cup)
  • batter mix (1 cup)
  • vegetable oil (2 cups)
  • Hidden Valley Ranch (1 cup)

Instructions

  1. Prepare pickle slices by draining and patting dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix batter according to package instructions or make a light batter with flour and water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the batter, allowing excess to drip off, then gently place in the hot oil.
  5. Fry the pickles until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes, flipping once during cooking.
  6. Remove fried pickles and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with Hidden Valley Ranch for dipping.
