Brownie Mallow Bars
Ingredients
- brownie mix (560 grams)
- vegetable oil (120 milliliters)
- water (60 milliliters)
- eggs (2 )
- miniature marshmallows (300 grams)
- semisweet chocolate chips (300 grams)
- peanut butter (240 milliliters)
- unsalted butter (14 grams)
- crispy rice cereal (360 grams)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth. Spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 28 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over brownie and continue baking until slightly melted, about 3 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool completely.
- Heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate until firm. Slice brownies to serve.
