Brazi Bites

Ingredients

  • tapioca flour (1 cup)
  • cheddar cheese (1 cup)
  • parmesan cheese (1 cup)
  • eggs (2 pieces)
  • milk (0.5 cup)
  • salt (0.5 tsp)
  • water (0.5 cup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix tapioca flour and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, heat milk and water until just boiling.
  4. Add the boiling liquid to the flour mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the cheddar and parmesan cheeses until well incorporated.
  7. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them evenly.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bites are golden brown and puffed up.
