Bourbon Pecan Pie

- brown sugar (0.5 cup)
- unsalted butter (3 tablespoons)
- light corn syrup (0.5 cup)
- eggs (3 large)
- bourbon (2 tablespoons)
- pecan halves (2 cups)
- unbaked deep-dish pie crust (1 (9 inch))
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Mix white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together in a bowl.
- Stir in corn syrup, eggs, and bourbon, then fold in pecans.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue to bake until the pie is set, 25 to 30 minutes more.
