Bourbon Pecan Pie

  • brown sugar (0.5 cup)
  • unsalted butter (3 tablespoons)
  • light corn syrup (0.5 cup)
  • eggs (3 large)
  • bourbon (2 tablespoons)
  • pecan halves (2 cups)
  • unbaked deep-dish pie crust (1 (9 inch))

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Mix white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together in a bowl.
  3. Stir in corn syrup, eggs, and bourbon, then fold in pecans.
  4. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
