Bobbe's Super Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients

  • rigatoni pasta (450 grams)
  • butter (60 grams)
  • garlic (1 clove)
  • Cheddar cheese (60 grams)
  • Gouda cheese (60 grams)
  • Parmesan cheese (25 grams)
  • blue cheese dressing (60 grams)
  • milk (120 milliliters)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, and cook the rigatoni pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and return the pasta to the pot.
  2. In the pot with the pasta, mix in the butter, garlic, Cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Cook and stir over low heat to avoid making the cheese stringy. Gradually mix in the blue cheese dressing and milk, continuing to cook and stir until the pasta is well coated. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
