Ingredients

  • Granny Smith apples (5 large)

  • water (0.25 cup)
  • all-purpose flour (1.5 cups)
  • brown sugar (1 cup)
  • quick cooking oats (1 cup)
  • butter (1 cup)
  • individually wrapped caramels (1 package)

Instructions
