- all-purpose flour (1.5 cups)
- brown sugar (1 cup)
- quick cooking oats (1 cup)
- butter (1 cup)
- individually wrapped caramels (1 package)
- evaporated milk (1 can)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 degrees C).
- Toss apples in a medium size bowl with sugar, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water; spread evenly into an 8x8-inch pan.
