Berdean's Cube Steak
A delicious and tender cube steak recipe that's cooked low and slow for maximum flavor and tenderness.
Ingredients
- cube steaks (4 ounce)

- pepper (0 )
- all-purpose flour (0.25 cup)
- vegetable oil (0.33 cup)
- water (2 cups)
- beef bouillon granules (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients.
- Season cube steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Place flour in a shallow bowl; press steaks into the flour and shake off any excess.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steaks and cook until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
- Pour enough water into the skillet to almost cover steaks.
- Stir in beef bouillon and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until very tender, about 2 hours.
