Banana Bread Mug Cake
Ingredients
- banana (1 number)
- egg (1 number)
- self-rising flour (3 tbsp)
- honey (1 tbsp)
- cinnamon (1 pinch)
- dark chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
- peanut butter (1 tbsp)
- Greek yogurt (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
- Mix in one egg until fully incorporated.
- Add 3 tablespoons of self-rising flour (or 3 tablespoons of regular flour and a little baking powder), 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well.
- Fold in optional chocolate chips if desired.
- Microwave the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
- Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
