Banana Bread Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • banana (1 number)
  • egg (1 number)
  • self-rising flour (3 tbsp)
  • honey (1 tbsp)
  • cinnamon (1 pinch)
  • dark chocolate chips (0.5 cup)
  • peanut butter (1 tbsp)
  • Greek yogurt (1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe banana in a microwave-safe bowl or mug.
  2. Mix in one egg until fully incorporated.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of self-rising flour (or 3 tablespoons of regular flour and a little baking powder), 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well.
  4. Fold in optional chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Microwave the mixture for 2-3 minutes until the cake is golden brown.
  6. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter and a dollop of Greek yogurt before serving.
