Baked Pollock

  • sour cream (1 cup)
  • grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup)
  • melted butter (2 tablespoons)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
