Baked Meatballs

An easy meatball recipe that is quick, mess-free, and full of Italian flavor.

Ingredients

  • bread crumbs (1 cup)
  • cheese (0.25 cup)
  • parsley (2 tablespoons)
  • salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • black pepper (0.5 teaspoon)
  • garlic powder (0.5 teaspoon)
  • onion powder (0.5 teaspoon)
  • water (0.5 cup)
  • eggs (2 )
  • beef (1.5 pounds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix bread crumbs, Romano cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a large bowl; stir in water and eggs. Add ground beef and mix until well combined. Form mixture into balls and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven cooked through and evenly browned, about 30 minutes.
