Bake Shop Pecan Pie

A sweet and buttery corn syrup- and nut-filled pie, perfect for Thanksgiving.

Ingredients

  • pecans (1 cup)
  • corn syrup (1 cup)
  • sugar (1 cup)
  • butter (1 tablespoon)
  • vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • eggs (3 )
  • pie crust (1 package)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped pecans.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Let cool before serving.
