Bake Shop Pecan Pie
A sweet and buttery corn syrup- and nut-filled pie, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- pecans (1 cup)
- corn syrup (1 cup)
- sugar (1 cup)
- butter (1 tablespoon)
- vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- eggs (3 )
- pie crust (1 package)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool before serving.
