Avocado Caprese Salad

A refreshing salad featuring fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and avocado, dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Ingredients

  • mozzarella balls (0.5 cup)
  • cherry tomatoes (0.5 cup)
  • avocado (0.5 )
  • basil leaves (5 )
  • balsamic vinegar (1 tablespoon)
  • olive oil (2 tablespoons)

  • black pepper (0 )

Instructions

  1. Combine mozzarella, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped avocado in a small bowl. Tear basil leaves into pieces and sprinkle over the other ingredients.
  2. Drizzle on balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Divide into two serving bowls and garnish with additional fresh basil. Serve immediately.
