Angel Lush with Pineapple
A light and fluffy dessert that layers angel food cake with a creamy pineapple and pudding mixture and seasonal berries.
Ingredients
- crushed pineapple (0.57 kg)
- instant vanilla pudding mix (0.097 kg)
- whipped topping (0.24 kg)
- angel food cake (1 unit)
- seasonal berries (1.5 cups)
Instructions
- Mix undrained pineapple and pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped topping.
- Stack cake layers on a serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between each layer and on top of the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Garnish with berries before serving.
