Amelia's Tuna Macaroni Salad

A delicious and refreshing tuna macaroni salad with peas, celery, and a creamy dressing, perfect for picnics or a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • elbow macaroni (340 grams)
  • baby peas (283 grams)
  • celery (2 stalks)
  • tuna (142 grams)
  • sweet onion (30 grams)
  • mayonnaise (240 milliliters)
  • sweet pickle relish (30 milliliters)
  • salt (0 )
  • pepper (0 )
  • hard-cooked egg (3 )
  • paprika (1 )

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
  3. Stir together macaroni, peas, celery, tuna, and onion in a large bowl.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with egg wedges and a sprinkle of paprika. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
