3-Ingredient Corn Flakes Brittle

Ingredients

  • Corn Flakes cereal (3 cups)
  • butter (8.5 tablespoon)
  • brown sugar (0.5 cup)
  • flaky sea salt (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and brown sugar until glossy, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  3. Stir in salt after melting and removing from heat.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the Corn Flakes in a large bowl, mixing until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
