3-Ingredient Corn Flakes Brittle
Ingredients
- Corn Flakes cereal (3 cups)
- butter (8.5 tablespoon)
- brown sugar (0.5 cup)
- flaky sea salt (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and brown sugar until glossy, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Stir in salt after melting and removing from heat.
- Pour the butter mixture over the Corn Flakes in a large bowl, mixing until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before breaking into pieces.
