1-Ingredient Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Easiest and most decadent breakfast made from refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, perfect for brunch.

Ingredients

  • cinnamon roll dough (1 can)
  • butter (1 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Pop open the tube and separate the cinnamon rolls.
  2. Flatten the cinnamon rolls to about 1/4-inch thick using a rolling pin or a burger press.
  3. Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat and add butter to grease the surface.
  4. Add a few flattened cinnamon rolls to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until puffed and browned.
  5. Flip and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until cooked through.
